Terms of use & acceptable use
By using Yonder Texas you agree to these terms. Yonder Texas is run by RocketTools ("we").
What the planner is
Yonder Texas suggests trips using a list of real local places and an AI model. Suggestions are a starting point, not a guarantee. Hours, prices, events, and availability change. Check with each place before you go, especially for reservations, tastings, and anything with an age limit.
Featured places and offers
- Places marked "Featured" are local businesses that pay to support Yonder. They only appear when they fit your trip.
- Offers are provided by those businesses, not by us. Each code works once, follows the business's terms, and can end when the offer ends. The business decides how to honor it.
Links to other sites
Trips link to business websites, maps, and booking pages we do not control. Some links may earn us a referral fee. Your use of those sites follows their own terms.
Acceptable use
Please use Yonder Texas to plan real trips. Do not:
- Use bots, scripts, or scrapers to create trips, copy the place list, or load the service heavily.
- Try to get around limits, security, or sign-in, or access the operator console without permission.
- Submit other people's email addresses without their permission, or use the "send a copy" feature to send spam.
- Enter content that is unlawful, abusive, or meant to manipulate the AI into producing harmful or misleading material.
- Copy offer codes you were not given, or redeem a code more than once.
- Embed the planner on a site that pretends to be a business it is not, or that misleads visitors.
We may block access or remove content to protect the service and its users.
Embedding the planner
Partners may embed the planner with the code we provide. Keep the "Powered by RocketTools.io" credit visible and do not change how Featured places are labeled.
No warranty and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for travel decisions, closed businesses, changed plans, or losses that come from using suggestions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas.
